About The Position
The Rooftop Acquisition Analyst at Vertical Bridge Management LLC is a pivotal role focused on driving business development activities related to the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of wireless communications easements on rooftops of commercial buildings. This position is integral to the company's growth strategy, as it involves generating, signing, and closing new opportunities across the United States. The role is designed for highly motivated individuals who excel in sourcing and executing rooftop mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. The compensation structure is particularly attractive, featuring a significant incentive-based commission component that rewards successful deal closures. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for negotiating and securing purchase agreements for perpetual easements with landlords. This requires a proactive approach to sourcing new leads, which will be integrated into Salesforce for tracking and management purposes. The analyst will also prepare presentations to present rooftop acquisition proposals to the investment committee, ensuring that all business development materials and workflow systems are effectively managed and built. The position involves initiating the conversion of leases to structured payouts or lump sum payments with landlords through various communication channels, including phone, email, and mail. The analyst will manage the entire process to ensure that all necessary documents are received and processed prior to closing, and will coordinate with M&A integration and diligence teams to facilitate smooth transitions. Additionally, the analyst will oversee the Salesforce database, ensuring consistent communication with landlords and between departments, while also managing the implementation of process improvements within the sales workflow. Collaboration with internal departments is crucial to ensure that all relevant information regarding acquisitions is provided in a timely manner.
