About The Position
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale the RoofLink sales team. RoofLink is the leading project management and CRM solution tailored specifically for the Roofing industry. As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth, refining our go-to-market strategy, and coaching a team of high-performing reps focused on bringing our platform to contractors nationwide. This role requires a strong understanding of the roofing or construction tech space, a proven ability to lead sales teams, and a passion for building process-driven growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure we’re attracting, closing, and retaining the right customers as we scale.
