As our Roofing Turnkey Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the entire roofing lifecycle from lead intake to estimating, insurance negotiation, material procurement, subcontractor oversight, final walkthrough, and collections.   • Collaborate with mitigation and sales teams to assess roofing needs, including tarp installations and related project requirements.
  • Use tools like Xactimate and Docusketch to write profitable, accurate estimates.
  • Prepare thorough job files, notes, and supporting photos.
  • Drive scope approvals with adjusters and secure homeowner sign-offs with clarity.
  • Scope, estimate, and oversee roofing repairs and replacements as part of reconstruction projects.
  • Build trust with homeowners from day one—guide them, set expectations, and overdeliver.
  • Close deals with confidence—walk through estimates, explain contracts, and collect upfront payments.
  • Maintain proactive communication throughout the reconstruction and roofing lifecycle.
  • Assist Customers by introducing them to financing options.
  • Partner with subcontractors to plan and execute projects efficiently and profitably.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team, and submit change orders or supplements when necessary.
  • Ensure all budget, scope, and timeline items are completed to standard—no open loops.
  • Oversee roofing subcontractors and crews to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
  • 3+ years of experience in roofing or construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims and estimating (Xactimate preferred)
  • Proven track record managing subs, timelines, and budgets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Physically able to inspect roofs and manage field operations
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
  • Must pass a background check.
