Requirements

• Experience in roofing preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn and grow within the roofing trade

Responsibilities

• Perform roof repairs and maintenance on residential properties
• Use roofing software and scheduling tools to manage repair workflows
• Assess repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions to clients
• Assist in small installations or material handling as needed
