About The Position

We are expanding and actively seeking experienced TPO roofers / flat roof installers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for skilled professionals with hands-on experience installing commercial flat roofing systems—especially TPO—who take safety seriously and are committed to high-quality work. This position also offers a clear path for advancement within Ancon Roofing, with opportunities to move into higher technician levels, leadership roles, and increased pay based on performance and certifications.

Requirements

• Ability to safely work at heights and on flat roofing systems
• Physically fit for demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Professional in conduct and communication
• Safety-focused mindset at all times
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card
• Pass DISA and ASAP drug testing and background checks
• OSHA training preferred (or willingness to obtain)
