Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on roofing experience (residential focus preferred)
• Prior crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of various roofing systems (shingle, tile, flat, coatings, etc.)
• Comfortable on roofs and physically able to perform the work
• Professional demeanor for client interactions—clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to represent with integrity

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaking is a strong advantage (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate roofing crews on shingle, tile, flat, and other residential/light commercial projects
• Actively work alongside the team—tearing off, installing, flashing, and finishing as needed
• Ensure every job meets high safety, quality, and timeline standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, and builders—building trust and handling questions professionally
• Perform site inspections, job walk-throughs, and quality checks
• Coordinate materials, equipment, crew schedules, and daily logistics
• Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and keep clients informed and satisfied
