About The Position

Graves Bros. Home Improvement is looking to hire a full time Roofing/Siding Service Technician for roofing and siding repairs. The technician must be able to diagnose leaks and perform repairs to shingle roofs and vinyl, wood, and fiber cement siding. Knowledge of other aspects of construction is a plus, including interior remodeling, basic electric, plumbing, etc. This position offers excellent pay and benefits, including a company vehicle, 401K, health insurance, and paid holidays/vacation.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate well with customers both verbally and in writing.
• Construction/Roofing/Siding experience of 3+ years.
• Effective roof system evaluation and leak diagnostic skills.
• Problem-solving skills are a must.
• A good driving record is essential for this position.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of interior remodeling, basic electric, plumbing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leaks in roofing and siding systems.
• Perform repairs to shingle roofs and various types of siding.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding services and repairs.
• Evaluate roof systems and provide effective solutions to problems.
• Lift materials and equipment as needed, up to 80 lbs.
• Maintain a good driving record and adhere to safety protocols.
