About The Position

In this role, you'll provide top-tier service while handling roofing, siding, and gutter repairs for our valued customers. We provide the work truck and fuel-- all you need to bring is your expertise. We offer a flexible pay structure where you can earn hourly or commission based on a percentage of the projects you complete.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs
Daily travel in the home market
2+ years of carpentry, construction or roofing industries knowledge/experience is preferred
Customer service focus and diligent mindset.

Nice To Haves

Military service is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to roofing, gutters, and siding.
Be the main point of contact for the customer during the project.
Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.
Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects.
Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.
Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.
Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.
Follow all safety procedures.
