About The Position

A Service Technician must be able to work independently in the delivery of service work orders related to roofing, interior and exterior renovations, disaster response, and general property improvements for multi-family, residential, and commercial properties.

Strong ability to analyze information to present solutions and service we provide, specific to client
Focus on quality, driven by results and positive client relationships
Knowledge and skilled in using various hand and power tools.
Comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction.
Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
Able to move or lift heavy equipment and the ability to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
Establishes service by evaluating needs and requirements of the project; ordering and gathering repair supplies; completing installation.
Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
Troubleshoot leaks and other damages.
Maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance and repairs.
Document service and installation actions for billing requirements.

Responsible for safe driving of company vehicles
Responsible for safe work site, equipment, and truck.
Reviews work orders for accuracy and completeness before departing job sites
Other duties as assigned
