This is steady service work - not production roofing. Our technicians focus on diagnosing issues, performing professional repairs, and helping customers extend the life of their roofs. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to diagnose problems and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in their work
Nice To Haves
- Roofing repair experience preferred
- Experience in construction, siding, gutters, or exterior trades also considered
Responsibilities
- Perform roof inspections to identify leaks, damage, and maintenance needs
- Diagnose roofing issues and determine the best repair solutions
- Complete high-quality repairs on residential and commercial roofing systems
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended repairs
- Document work performed and materials used
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Properly use roofing tools, equipment, and safety systems
