About The Position

CentiMark Corporation, North America's largest commercial roofing contractor with over 100 locations, is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven, and fast-paced individual for a professional-level Roofing Service Sales Representative role in the Bay Area. This position offers freedom and limited overnight travel. The representative will join the Sales Team to win and grow business for the multi-faceted commercial roofing company by developing estimates utilizing an in-house team. The role involves working with existing customers and opportunities from the National Accounts division, marketing efforts through prospecting, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects.

Requirements

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
• Experience in growing market share

Responsibilities

• Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
• Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
• Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation
