About The Position
CentiMark Corporation is North America's largest commercial roofing contractor with over 100 locations. We provide commercial roofing services, including roof replacement, repairs, maintenance, emergency service, inspections, snow removal, and roof safety accessories. CentiMark Corporation is currently seeking an individual that is: Self-Motivated Loves to Win Wants a role where you have Freedom Results Driven Fast Pacedl Limited overnight travel - No more road warrior As our professional-level Roofing Service Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in the Bay Area. You will win business by developing estimates utilizing your top-notch in-house team and grow business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial roofing company. Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) for this position is $150k - $200k.
Requirements
- Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
- Experienced roofing estimators, building inspectors, construction estimators, & roofing superintendents are encouraged to apply
- Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
- Experience in growing market share
Responsibilities
- Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
- Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
- Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
- Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation
