About The Position

CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams. This territory will include Greensboro, Roanoke to West Raleigh, NC. Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) for this position is between $75k - $100k. Job Summary: Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation

Requirements

  • Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
  • Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
  • Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
  • Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
  • Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
  • Experience in growing market share
