Roofing Service Sales Representative
About The Position
CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Roofing Sales Teams in the greater Desoto County area. We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company. Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) for this position is between $75k - $100k. Job Summary: Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Requirements
- Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
Nice To Haves
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is highly preferred
- Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
- Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
- Experience in growing market share
Responsibilities
