About The Position

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Associate Roofing Sales Representatives to join our Indy Sales team. In this enlisted military personnel program, you will learn about the roofing industry, assist in generating sales, and provide top-level customer service. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in the roofing industry. You’ll learn our business model, company culture, and core values while building on your existing skills through structured, on-the-job training to support a smooth transition into a civilian career. Along the way you will job shadow and learn from our roofing, repairs, masonry, gutters & siding divisions those things that will help make you successful in this role. Bone Dry Roofing has been in business for 36 years. Ability to properly and repeatedly lift up to 50–100 lbs on a daily basis
Ability to climb a ladder to access roofs and attics to evaluate roofing needs
Ability to walk on sloped roofs of varying pitch and height
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license.
Pass a background check
Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights to determine roof work needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to learn technical information about roofing materials and installation processes.
Flexibility to travel to other markets to assist staff when needed.
Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to grow within the company.
Comfortable with outdoor work and visiting customer's homes.

Responsibilities

Participate in training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of roofing systems and sales techniques.
Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs, present solutions, and explain the benefits of company products and services.
Present to customers virtually on the status of their roofing system and provide detailed solutions and costs.
Conduct initial inspections of roofing systems, including taking measurements and documenting necessary details.
Stay informed about the company's roofing products, installation processes, and industry trends to confidently answer client questions.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while upholding the company’s standards of integrity and professionalism.
Work closely with sales managers and remain flexible to support offices in other geographic areas.
