About The Position
What You’ll Do Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and local canvassing Inspect roofs and identify storm or wear-related damage Educate homeowners on the insurance process and roofing solutions Work closely with leadership to sharpen sales skills and objections Follow a repeatable system that turns effort into income What We’re Looking For This role is for people who: Take personal responsibility seriously Show up on time and ready to work Are coachable and hungry to improve Can handle rejection without folding Want performance-based pay, not hourly comfort Experience is not required.
