Requirements

• Sales Experience Preferred – Roofing experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – You thrive in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to Generate Leads – Must meet a monthly self-generated lead requirement
• Strong Communication & Organization Skills
• Ability to Transport & Carry a Ladder and confidently walk on roofs
• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• Must Be Willing to Undergo a Criminal Background Check

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary roof inspections by climbing onto homeowner roof
• Educate homeowners on their roofing needs and provide estimates for roof replacement
• Build and maintain a strong book of business through company-provided leads and self-generated referrals
• Prepare contracts and ensure accurate paperwork before closing sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand with integrity
