Requirements

Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to climb a ladder

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Sales experience a plus

Responsibilities

Generate leads through D2D lead generation
Contact customer leads through cold calling
Delivery of sales presentations on roofing and home restoration services to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Maintain constant cross departmental communication with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Building and nurturing relationships with customers
Scheduling appointments with clients and working around their schedule
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
