About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing roofing and exterior projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional execution, an outstanding customer experience, and strong financial performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with homeworkers, crews, suppliers, and internal team members to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at a five-start level of satisfaction. Requirements

  • 2+ years of construction, roofing, or exterior project management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and crew coordination skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and project management software
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Take booked projects from Production and manage them to completion
  • Coordinate with crews prior to job start to review scope and expectations
  • Verify materials, deliveries, and job site setup
  • Ensure dumpsters, yard signs, and safety protections are properly placed
  • Oversee job site safety, including AC protection, landscaping protection, gutter ladder protection, and proper use of equipment (including Catch-All systems for roofing)
  • Conduct on-site meetings to review scope and safety with crews
  • Manage change orders (obtain signatures, upload documentation, notify appropriate departments)
  • Ensure extra materials are returned and documented properly
  • Maintain quality control throughout the build process
  • Conduct pre-job meet-and-greet with homeowners
  • Perform final walkthroughs and obtain signed completion forms
  • Collect payments when applicable
