Roofing Production Manager
About The Position
ePex Home Performance is a growing home services company serving New Mexico with a focus on quality, professionalism, and customer experience. We are looking for a Roofing Production Manager to help us execute roofing projects at a high level from site survey through final quality control. The Roofing Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing residential roofing projects. This role includes site surveys, roofing plans, materials ordering, subcontractor management, quality control, and job completion follow -through. This person will play a key role in making sure roofing jobs are installed correctly, efficiently, and to company standards. This position is based in Albuquerque, with periodic travel required to Las Cruces and as far north as Santa Fe. A company truck will be provided.
Requirements
- Roofing production, project management, or field supervision experience required
- Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, flashing details, and installation methods
- Experience creating scopes, takeoffs, or roofing plans
- Experience ordering roofing materials and coordinating with suppliers
- Experience managing subcontractors and jobsite quality control
- Strong communication, organization, and problem -solving skills
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with regional travel in New Mexico
- Must hold a current New Mexico roofing credential appropriate for the role. Must hold, or be qualified to work under, New Mexico GS -21 Roofing standards. The New Mexico CID classification list identifies GS -21 as the roofing classification.

- Ability to perform small maintenance or repair jobs personally when needed is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform site surveys and job assessments for roofing projects
- Create roofing plans and scopes of work for production
- Order roofing materials and coordinate deliveries
- Manage roofing subcontractors and hold crews accountable to schedule, quality, and safety standards
- Conduct in -progress and final quality control inspections
- Identify issues early and resolve field problems before they become customer issues
- Coordinate with internal teams on scheduling, production readiness, and job status
- Ensure all work is completed to ePex Home Performance standards
- Document jobsite conditions, production notes, and QC findings
- Stay current on roofing products, material trends, and installation best practices
- Travel as needed to support projects in Albuquerque, Las Cruces, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas
