About The Position

We are looking for Roofing Laborers/Apprentices to join our organization. If you are a person with a strong work ethic, and basic knowledge of roofing and/or construction, and want to become a commercial roofing professional then we want you to join our team. We will provide extensive paid training for you to be able replace and/or restore an existing low slope roofing system. Excellent earnings - $16.00-$20.00 per hour. Requirements

• 1 year of Roofing labor experience and/or Construction labor experience.
• High School diploma, equivalent or complete GED within 6 months of employment.
• Driver's License.
• Able and willing to travel and stay out of town for 3 to 4 weeks consecutively at a time, when local work is not available.
• Ability to work weekends and/or overtime when required.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively through written correspondence and verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Always follow safety on the job.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Application of roofing products to specifications.
• Clean and maintain equipment and area.
• Dependability: Completes tasks on time; Follows instructions, respond to Foreman/Lead's direction.
