We specialize in slate, copper, and clay-tile roofing and are known for our commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and historic preservation . This is a paid apprenticeship designed for individuals who want to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into skilled roofing professionals .

Requirements

• Motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced roofers
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with 4 points or less, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Interest in long-term career development in roofing and historic preservation

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled roofers with installation, repair, and maintenance of historic slate, clay-tile, and copper roofs
• Handle materials, tools, and job site setup safely and efficiently
• Learn roofing techniques, safety procedures, and craftsmanship skills
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Support the team on historic preservation projects
