Requirements
- Personable & confident in face-to-face customer interactions
- Physically capable of climbing ladders and inspecting rooftops
- Self-motivated & disciplined - you manage your own time effectively
- Reliable with transportation (personal vehicle required)
- Tech-savvy (able to use a smartphone for photos, videos & company apps)
- Lead generators - willing to build your own pipeline and work office leads
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus but not required!
Responsibilities
- Conduct roof inspections and document damage
- Meet with property owners to educate them about restoration options
- Assist clients through the insurance claims process
- Generating new leads through marketing and outreach
- Create estimates and measure home exteriors
- Build long-term relationships with clients and the community

- Commission-Based Role - Potential to earn $45,000 to $85,000+ annually
- Guaranteed inspection pay (during training period) + lucrative commission structure
- $50 per qualified inspection (average time: 45-60 minutes)
