Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
  • Leadership, management and project management skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
  • Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
  • Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
  • Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed

Responsibilities

  • Supervise multiple production/service crews to plan and execute a successful project
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager & Warehouse Manager to order project materials
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
  • Conduct pre-job & post-job inspections
  • Maintain paperwork
  • Have daily communication with both the customer and employees
