Requirements

2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
Leadership, management and project management skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed

Supervise multiple production/service crews to plan and execute a successful project
Work closely with the Branch Manager & Warehouse Manager to order project materials
Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
Conduct pre-job & post-job inspections
Maintain paperwork
Have daily communication with both the customer and employees
