What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the go-to person on-site to make sure jobs are done right. Oversee 1–2 roofing crews per day Check materials, layout, and job readiness Be present on installs — not stuck behind a desk Catch mistakes before they turn into problems Do final walkthroughs to ensure quality Communicate with homeowners during the job This is a field-first role — you’ll spend your time on jobs, not in meetings.
