We are currently seeking an experienced Roofing Field Service Supervisor for our Rocky Hill, CT Office. Salary is based on experience This person will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

Prior experience in Commercial Roofing is Required
Worked with with rubber roofs, especially with leaks
Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
Must live within 1 hour from branch office

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Scheduling and supervising up to 2-man crews, ensuring they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
