Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in slate or tile roofing (field experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and best practices
• Ability to climb ladders and access roofs safely
• Valid driver’s license (4 points or fewer for insurance qualification)
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work overtime when needed
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
• Ability to pass a background check
• Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is honest, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work.

Nice To Haves

• Estimating or sales experience in roofing or construction is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, churches, and property managers to evaluate roofing needs
• Conduct roof inspections (including ladder work and steep-slope access)
• Identify repair vs. replacement solutions for slate and tile roofing systems
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and profitable estimates
• Clearly communicate scope of work and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Travel occasionally between service areas as needed
