About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an experienced Roofing Division Manager to lead and grow our Emerald Coast Roofing division. This role is responsible for operational leadership, sales performance, project execution, team development, and customer satisfaction across residential and light commercial roofing—often in coordination with restoration projects following storm or water events.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in roofing operations, production management, or roofing sales management
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems (shingle, metal, tile, flat/low slope preferred)
  • Experience managing budgets, gross margin, job costing, and production forecasting
  • Ability to read and write scopes, estimate accurately, and manage change orders
  • Comfort working with insurance claims and documentation (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, adjusters, crews, and internal teams
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally throughout the Emerald Coast

Responsibilities

  • Lead division performance: Own division P&L, revenue growth, gross margin, and production goals.
  • Manage roofing operations: Oversee scheduling, production workflows, safety compliance, job costing, and quality control.
  • Drive sales & estimating: Support/lead estimating, scope development, pricing, and proposal delivery; ensure consistent follow-up and close rates.
  • Build and manage teams: Recruit, train, and coach project managers, estimators, sales reps, and field crews; set expectations and accountability.
  • Vendor/subcontractor management: Develop reliable subcontractor networks; negotiate pricing; ensure workmanship and timelines meet standards.
  • Customer experience ownership: Maintain top-tier communication from first contact to final invoice; resolve escalations quickly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with insurance/restoration work: Work with adjusters, property managers, and internal restoration teams to align scope, documentation, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain permitting, licensing, OSHA/safety standards, and local code requirements across all projects.
  • Process & reporting: Track KPIs (leads, close rate, cycle time, margin, AR), and implement SOPs to improve performance.
