What You’ll Do This is a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face sales role. You aren’t sitting behind a desk; you’re out in the community helping homeowners. Educate & Inspect: Meet homeowners, perform roof inspections, and guide them through the insurance claim process. Lead Gen: Build your pipeline through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals. Close Deals: Turn inspections into projects and build a book of business. Own Your Schedule: Work independently with the support of a world-class team. Compensation Training Phase (First 90 Days): Base pay + bonuses for every verified claim + commission.
