About The Position
QNTUM Home Services is seeking ambitious Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representatives to join their rapidly growing team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity focused on connecting homeowners with roof replacements, repairs, and storm damage restorations. The role offers uncapped earning potential, with the possibility of earning $75,000–$150,000+ in the first year. No prior experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided, covering roofing systems, insurance claims, sales scripts, and industry certifications. Representatives will operate in local neighborhoods with a flexible schedule, capitalizing on a lucrative market driven by storm damage. The company provides a full support system including lead generation, drone inspection technology, marketing materials, branded apparel, and ladder assistance for inspections.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and fearless approach to door-to-door sales
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather
- Hunger to learn and dominate a proven sales process
Responsibilities
- Knock doors, network with property managers, and follow up on storm-event leads
- Perform free roof inspections (company climbs – you sell) and deliver professional estimates
- Guide homeowners through insurance claims and financing options
- Close high-value contracts on the spot and collect commissions weekly
- Cultivate referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients
