About The Position

Crete, IL (Local Work – No Long Travel) Get out of the office and into the field. If you have experience in roofing, siding, windows, or construction and enjoy working independently, this role gives you steady work, strong pay, and a clear path to grow. What You'll Do (Day-to-Day) Measure roofs, windows, siding, and exterior projects Climb ladders and walk residential roofs (up to ~2.5 stories) Check attics and job conditions to confirm scope Meet homeowners onsite to review details and answer questions Submit measurements + notes (iPad provided) Occasionally support installs or job site visits What You Get up to $32/hour (consistent, full-time work) Local routes (home every night) Hands-on role - not stuck behind a desk Growth path into Project Management or Production Established company with steady job flow What We're Looking For 1–3+ years in roofing, siding, windows, or construction Comfortable on ladders, roofs, and in attics Valid driver's license + reliable transportation Able to lift 40+ lbs Basic tech skills (iPad/photos/notes) Reliable, detail-oriented, and communicates well with homeowners Good Fit If You: ✔ Like working independently ✔ Take pride in accurate work ✔ Want stability (not seasonal guessing) ✔ Prefer field work over office jobs About M&M Home Remodeling M&M Home Remodeling Services is a leading exterior remodeling company serving homeowners across IL and NWI for 50 years.
