About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Roofers for projects located in and around Buffalo, NY. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $22-26/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Roofer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! The job involves inspecting existing roof structures, removing old roofing materials if needed, and cleaning and preparing the roof surface. You will be responsible for applying appropriate roofing membranes such as EPDM, TPO, or PVC, installing flashing around roof penetrations and edges, ensuring proper drainage with correct slope and placement of drains, and installing vapor barriers to prevent moisture penetration while using appropriate sealing techniques.
