About The Position

Tivolisworld Construction & Temp Agency is seeking skilled and dependable Roofers with hands -on experience installing and repairing EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) roofing systems. This role involves working on commercial and government facilities, including detailed work on low -slope or flat roofing structures. The ideal candidate will be familiar with ballasted, mechanically fastened, and fully adhered EPDM systems, and able to follow roofing specifications, safety protocols, and project timelines effectively.

Requirements

2+ years of roofing experience; EPDM roofing experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with hand and power tools related to roofing installation.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings, instructions, and safety procedures.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather -conditions and at elevated heights.
Must pass a background check and meet clearance requirements for federal job sites (if applicable).
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or 30 Certification.
Experience on VA Medical Centers, government, or commercial buildings.
Ability to assist in other roof types (TPO, PVC, etc.) is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain EPDM roofing systems in accordance with project specifications.
Remove existing roofing systems as needed and prepare surfaces for installation.
Handle roofing materials such as insulation boards, adhesives, membranes, and ballast.
Weld and seal seams using approved EPDM methods and tools.
Ensure proper drainage, flashing, and edge details for waterproof integrity.
Work at heights and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
Communicate with site supervisors to report progress, issues, or material needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including job site cleanup.
