Requirements

Experience working on high-pitch residential roofs (asphalt shingles preferred).
Prior roofing repair and service experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, repair techniques, and safety practices.
Ability to work at heights and on steep roofs safely.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid Driver’s License (Required)

Nice To Haves

Roofing: 2 years (Preferred)
Construction: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Conduct roof inspections on residential homes, identifying issues such as leaks, storm damage, missing shingles, or general wear and tear.
Perform repairs and maintenance on high-pitch residential roofs, including shingle replacement, flashing repairs, pipe boots, sealing leaks, and small repair work.
Complete service calls efficiently and safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Communicate with homeowners to explain roofing issues and repair solutions in a clear and professional manner.
Work closely with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job completion details.
Follow all safety guidelines and company standards while working at heights and on steep roofs.
