Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co ., Inc. is a family-owned commercial roofing company with over 50 years of industry experience. Operating nationwide, we take pride in providing high-quality commercial roofing installations, maintenance, and repair services across the continental U.S. We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Roofer/Laborers , with a strong focus on single-ply roofing systems and metal installation.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience on a commercial roofing production crew.
Working knowledge of single-ply systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC) and other low-slope roofing types.
Experience with metal installations preferred.
Ability to safely operate roofing equipment and power tools.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders up to 60 feet.
Valid state ID or driver's license required.
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Nice To Haves

Experience with metal installations preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems, primarily single-ply (EPDM, TPO, PVC).
Perform metal work including installation of coping, gutters, and edge metal.
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, and other roofing machinery.
Remove and replace low-slope roofing systems including MOD Bit, BUR, and Metal systems.
Maintain a safe and clean job site before, during, and after project completion.
Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including the use of fall protection.
Handle materials, tools, and equipment necessary for daily roofing tasks.
Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and team members.
Assist with material ordering, pickups, and other duties as assigned.
