Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in construction is a plus; experience in commercial roofing is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• OSHA 10 Construction training is a plus.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, and PVC.
• Past residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform roofing work in accordance with job specifications and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Enjoy working outdoors in the elements.
• Lift 50+ lbs. regularly, including repeated bending, climbing ladders, and kneeling.
• Be comfortable with heights and being on a roof.
