About The Position

We're hiring an Entry-Level Roof Survey Technician to join our team and learn the trade from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of heights, and takes pride in accurate, quality work. This job is ideal for someone who wants a long-term career in commercial roofing. No prior roofing experience is required-we'll train the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops (over 6 feet)
Basic math skills for measuring and estimating
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and motivated to learn a skilled trade

Nice To Haves

Construction or roofing experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Travel to job sites to inspect commercial roofs
Measure roofs, note conditions, and take clear photos
Collect core samples and help identify roof systems and deck types
Document roof access points, building height, slope, and penetrations
Identify visible damage inside and outside the building
Keep inspection reports organized and uploaded to shared files
Assist the Operations team with loading trucks, deliveries, and inventory
