Requirements

• Expert-level, hands-on experience with modified bitumen and single-ply systems
• Proficient in technology-based applications
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize time and project needs
• Ability to interface well with work crews
• Ability to adapt to change in order to meet project goals/deadlines

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work along-side of field crews and give them guidance, when needed
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinating projects with Project Manager
• Using technology to update project schedules, provide daily logs to clients and process purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
• Notify trade partners of project schedule forecast and update regularly as project progresses
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including OSHA requirements
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
• Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Review job tracking on a regular basis and analyze any deficiencies
• Create list of project materials to be ordered
• Schedule inspections, as needed
