About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Roof Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team and help homeowners and businesses find the best roofing solutions for their needs. What You’ll Do: Go to appointments that are company issued. NO CANVASSING OR DOOR KNOCKING REQUIRED!! Inspect roofs, assess damage, and provide accurate estimates. Educate customers on roofing options, materials, and insurance claim processes. Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure a smooth project experience. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Requirements

Proven experience in sales (roofing, construction, or home improvement preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to climb roofs and perform inspections safely.
