Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roof repair or related field
- Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and following industry regulations
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections to identify roofing issues and assess repair needs
- Estimate repairs fairly and correctly
- Repair and replace damaged roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, and membranes
- Locate and repair leaks and water damage
- Install flashing and sealants to prevent future leaks
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients when necessary
