About The Position
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Roof Repair Sales Representative. This role is essential for our full-service roofing company located in the Raleigh area, where we have a steady influx of leads for roof repairs. The primary focus of this position is to sell repair services to residential homeowners who have roofs that are relatively new but require some attention due to existing issues. As a Roof Repair Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to inspect their roofs, identify the causes of any problems, and present them with viable solutions that our company can provide. It is important to note that this position does not involve performing the actual repairs; rather, it is centered around sales and customer interaction. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing asphalt shingle roofs to effectively communicate with customers about their roofing needs. Your ability to diagnose issues and propose appropriate solutions will be key to your success and earning potential, which ranges from $70,000 to $140,000 per year. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in sales but also possesses a strong understanding of roofing systems and can build rapport with clients.
