We’re looking for a Roof Lead who’s ready to take ownership of rooftop solar installations and help drive our mission forward.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solar installation, especially rooftop systems
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Familiarity with hand/power tools and construction safety practices
• Ability to read and follow plan sets and technical instructions
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and insurance (travel required)
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and productivity

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites
• Load/unload materials and transport them to rooftops
• Assemble and install all roof components of PV systems
• Perform PV electrical work and final wiring under supervision
• Lead and assign tasks to the roof crew
• Communicate with the Crew Lead and ensure project updates
• Follow Freedom Forever plan sets and safety protocols
• Flash penetrations and ensure weatherproofing
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and company policies
