About The Position
Looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Roof Inspectors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new clients, and earning based on performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders/roofs
- Ability to learn quickly and follow inspection processes
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Previous roofing, sales, or inspection experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Conduct roof inspections for residential and/or commercial properties
- Identify damage from storms, wear and tear, or structural issues
- Document findings with photos and detailed notes
- Educate homeowners on roofing conditions and potential repairs/replacements
- Assist homeowners with the insurance claim process (if applicable)
- Coordinate with the R & D Construction team for project follow-up
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process
