About The Position

The Rolltainer Assembler is responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing the rolltainer by following specific instructions and blueprints. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in assembly or manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Punctual, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Vocational training or certification in assembly or manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Read and Interpret Manuals: Understand and follow detailed product manuals, and other materials to accurately assemble components.
  • Assembly: Use tools and machinery to assemble parts and components to form complete units or subassemblies, according to specifications.
  • Quality Control: Inspect parts for defects and ensure the quality of the finished products meets company standards and customer expectations.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with components or final products during the assembly process.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working order.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production quantities, issues encountered during assembly, and other pertinent data.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to improve production processes and achieve team goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to learn new techniques or improve existing skills relevant to the assembly process.
