About The Position

Corle Building Systems is an IAS accredited (USA) and CSA-A660 (Canada) certified manufacturer of pre-engineered steel building systems. They design and manufacture rigid frame clear span and multiple span buildings of all sizes. Due to continued growth, there is an immediate need for a Crane Operator in the Rollform Department on 2nd Shift.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE experience in operating overhead cranes and forklifts
• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
• Basic math and recording abilities
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Operate a traveling or stationary overhead crane to lift, move, and position loads using hoisting attachments such as hooks and slings
• Observes load hookup, and determines the safety of the load
• Manipulates or depresses crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement
