About The Position
Associates Asset Recovery is seeking dedicated rollback operators to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The primary responsibility of the rollback driver is to secure, store, and transport assigned collateral across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. This role requires effective communication with office staff throughout the day to provide detailed updates on assignments and appointments. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and professionalism, as our mission is to help clients regain their collateral safely and efficiently. The position involves a mix of day, night, and weekend work, and we are committed to working with our employees to create a schedule that meets both their needs and those of Associates Asset Recovery. With over 30 years in the industry and numerous awards, we pride ourselves on our supportive office staff, available 24/7 to assist agents in the field. Knowledge of current repossession software and a CARS certification are advantageous but not mandatory. As a rollback operator, you will be expected to demonstrate professional work behaviors and defensive driving skills. You will need to work independently while being accountable to remote management. The role also requires the ability to read and write in English to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and clients. Personal transportation to and from work is necessary, and candidates must be able to pass a drug and background check, with special circumstances considered.
