What You’ll Love Competitive pay with night shift premium, steady 12-hour schedules, and overtime potential Comprehensive benefits: medical (PPO & HSA), dental, vision, company-paid life and disability, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holidays Well-being support: free/low-cost telemedicine and confidential mental health resources Growth from day one: paid training, cross-training across electrical/mechanical systems, pneumatics/hydraulics, and exposure to PLCs, plus advancement opportunities Safe, team-first culture: strong safety programs and a collaborative maintenance crew What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues on production equipment to minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic to isolate faults Perform preventative and corrective maintenance using a full range of hand/power tools and test equipment Collaborate with production to prioritize work orders, support changeovers, and reduce repeat failures Document maintenance activities and recommend reliability improvements Schedule Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and e/o Wednesday 8a - 8p

Requirements

Monitor/Assess performance of yourself and others to make improvements or take corrective actions
Ability to perform basic math functions
Must have the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal
Must be dependable, reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligations
Must work well with others
Must be flexible and open to change when needed
Able to follow instructions and make decisions
Must be proven self-starter to complete projects/work orders
Must have some printing experience
The ability to work 10-to-12-hour shifts

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED
Must have some printing experience
Minimum 1-year Press Room experience
Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions

Responsibilities

Maintain paper roll inventory on presses.
Order correct quantity and type of paper.
Shift paper rolls and locate on press.
Set up splicer for continuous feed.
Participate in make – ready and hang plates.
Fill ink fountains and checks conductivity.
Performs initial check out.
Act as second press operator where required.
Enter required shop floor data into computer.
May handle hazardous waste as part of daily job functions.
