Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage performance, and foster professional development
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a quick learner of specialized business systems (SAP)
• Mechanically inclined with prior experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Process and task oriented

Nice To Haves

• AutoCAD skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead team in achieving department and company performance goals with emphasis on accuracy/quality and safety
• Promote safe work environments through example; good housekeeping & effective safety meetings
• Manage daily operations
• Maintain, repair, prepare, assemble, and cut mill rolls
• Managing and tracking inventory, ordering rolls
• Assist other team members, and in other areas, as needed
