Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role within the waste management or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • CDL Class A or B (Required)
  • DOT Medical Card (Required)
  • Driver History Report (MVR – Required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated operations staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive employee development and enhance productivity.
  • Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance.
  • Manage resources effectively, including scheduling, equipment allocation, and workforce planning, to meet customer demands while maintaining operational cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience by implementing best practices in customer service, complaint resolution, and service quality assurance.
  • Uphold and enforce safety and compliance standards to create a secure work environment for all employees and maintain regulatory compliance.
