As a Roll-Off Driver, you’ll play a key role in servicing our commercial customers by safely delivering and removing large waste containers.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL (state-specific) with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years or older
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe commercial driving practices
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Ability to maintain accurate logs and service records
- Physically capable of performing inspections and operating equipment
Responsibilities
- Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up containers
- Secure containers using hooks, straps, and tarps as needed
- Provide fast, courteous, and professional customer service
- Operate vehicle compaction and lifting equipment
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT standards
- Complete required safety checks and documentation (DVIR, safety lane reports)
- Maintain cleanliness of truck (including weekly exterior washing)
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Participate in company-provided training programs
- Stay current with job-related technology and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
